Riddhi 2021 – 1800 Placements – Offer Letter Distribution Ceremony
Riddhi-2021 (Offer Letter Distribution Ceremony), the signature annual event of Nehru Group of Institutions was conducted virtually.
Has many as 160 companies have conducted virtual campus placement drives and given around 1800 offers for candidates from various colleges of NGI. Students are placed in companies like Infosys, CTS, TCS, BYJU’S, Jaro Education, WIPRO, Nexus, Matrimony.com, Garuda Aerospace Private Limited, LiDO, Berger Paints, New Age Systems, Accenture, Sunquest, wildcraft, Cognizant, Capgemini, CHC Healthcare, Ags Health, Air India Sats, spicejet, Ziegler Aerospace, Le Meridian, Just Dial, Indo Shell Casts, TVS Sundaram Fasteners, Delphi TVS and many more. The highest salary package offered was 10 lakhs per annum with an average salary of 3 lakhs per annum. A Virtual Stage presentation was done and students who got successfully placed in leading prominent companies and industries were presented with the virtual offer letters.
The Riddhi 2021, was presided over by Adv. Dr. P. Krishnadas, Chairman & Managing Trustee, Nehru Group of Institutions. In his presidential address, the Chairman & Managing Trustee stated that the students must continue to strengthen their existing skills and acquire new ones. Attaining their capability for life-time learning is important as the world begins to recover from the current crisis.
Mr. Sashwathjain HS, Senior Vice President, Garuda Aerospace Private Limited was the chief guest for the occasion. In his guest lecture, he informed that hard work is the key to success. If they can work hard with sincerity and commitment, nothing could stop them. He advised the gathering to take up some sports in their life and it doesn’t just keep them healthy but brings in a lot more like self-discipline, accountability, Confidence, responsibility and teamwork.
Dr. P Krishnakumar, CEO & Secretary, Nehru Group of Institutions delivered the felicitation address. In his address, Dr. P. Krishnakumar congratulated the students who are stepping into their professional life. To be successful in their new endeavor, they must be willing to change because everything keeps changing rapidly.

Mr. Shivamani, Senior Manager, Corporate Relations and Mr. S. ArunKumar, Soft Skill Trainer presented the annual achievement report in Placement and Training respectively.
