DWIKA-19 – Nehru College of Architecture
Nehru College of Architecture conducted College Day “DWIKA-19” on 20th September 2019 with an Interschool convention, Art exhibition and various cultural programs. The Inaugural function was presided over by Chairman and Managing Trustee of Nehru Group of Institutions Adv.Dr.P.Krishnadas.
The grand College day function was inaugurated by eminent Scientist of Bhabha Atomic Research Centre and Kalagram Co-ordinatorDr.VellinezhiAchuthankutty, he spoke about the Traditional Vernacular Architecture concepts and the principles of Vastusasthra.Ar.KeshavGangadhar,Director of NCA welcomed the gathering and Dr.V.P.Sukumaran Nair,Principal,JCET and Mr.Sreenivas Nair,Principal coordinator,NGI felicitated the function.More than 150 students from nearbyschools participated in the competitions and visited the fabulous student’s exhibition stalls. The beautiful exhibits showcasing various ecofriendly and recycled producted in the stall caught the attention of all visitors. The function was received well.
