12th Graduation Day
Twelfth Graduation day celebration of Nehru Institute of Information Technology and Management, B-School of Nehru Group of Institutions, affiliated to Anna University Chennai was organized on Saturday, the 8th October 2022 in Mind Mapping Seminar Hall. Honorable Dr. T.P.Sasikumar Space Scientist, Educationalist, Former Deputy Director, Cabinet Secretariat and Director UGC Academic Staff College was invited as the Chief Guest.
The event started at 11.15 am with the academic procession in which the dignitaries namely, The Guest of Honor Dr.T.P.Sasikumar, Dr.ChaitanyaKrishnakumar Management Representative, Nehru Group of Institutions, Dr. K. Ravi Kumar – Principal – Nehru Institute of Information Technology and Management and the Heads of the department were ushered to the accompaniment of the college band into the venue of the function.
The Management Representative Dr..Chaitanya Krishnakumar invocated the proceedings of the Ceremony with Tamil Thai Vazthu. The Principal, Dr. K. Ravi Kumar welcomed all the dignitaries, invitees, parents, faculties and graduates. The Guest of honor, Dr.T.P.Sasikumar recommended the candidates to identify their capacity, strength and practice on what they have acquired. The world is in need of human values and ethics. The Guest insisted on practicing Spiritual Intelligence which may not necessarily be religious, will lead to Social Intelligence and Emotional Intelligence.
In this ceremony, over 122 MBA and MCA graduates received their post graduate degrees. Parents expressed gratitude to the Faculties and Management for moulding their wards as professionals. Graduation ceremony got dissolved with national anthem.
