RIDDHI 2022 – Placement Offer Distribution Ceremony
Riddhi-2022 –the offer letter distribution ceremony -the signature annual event of Nehru Group of Institution is conducted in PK Das Auditorium at Thirumalayampalayam, coimbatore. Students from various colleges of Nehru Group of institution and their parents attended the function.
Mr. M. Ramesh Raja, Head, Nehru Corporate Placement & Indiustry Relation (NCP&IR), Nehru group of Institution, welcomed the participants.
The event was presided by Dr. P Krishnakumar, CEO & Secretary Nehru Group of Institutions and delivered the presidential address.
In his presedential address CEO & Secretary Dr. P krishnakumar remarked that he is happy to take part in this event happening after a gap of two years. This achievement is made possible with the hardwork of the students and the commitment from the faculty. Leading companies have come forward to provide job offers for the students of Nehru Group of Institution, and the students have bagged more than 1800 offers from about 160 companies. He adviced that it is more important to honour the offer andtake up the career. Thus this achievement can be made more meaningful and fruitful.
Mr. S. Nagarajan, Deputy General Manager – HR, Delphi TVS Technologies Limited was the chief guest for the occasion.
In his address for the student he said that any one can get a job but only sucessful people can make it into a profession. To achieve this he suggested apointees must observe the principles of 4C-Competent, Commitement, Check and balance and continuity. He also remarked that he is glad thet every year a considerable number of students are placed in Delphi TVS from Nehru Group of institutions.
Placement offer letters were distributed for students who got successfully placed in leading prominent companies. In thecurrent academic year 160 + companies have visted conducted campus placement drive and given around 1800+ offers for students from various colleges of NGI. Students are placed in companies like Infosys, Cognizant, TCS, Ramco System, verticurl, Atos Syntel, NTT Data, Bosch, American Mega Trends, Tech Mahindra, VVDN, Straive, Mind Tree, SOTI, Intellipaat, Oracle, BYJU’S, Jaro Education, WIPRO, Accenture, Capgemini, Just Dial, Ultramain, Vinsinfo, Zifo, Episource, TVS Sundaram Fasteners, Delphi TVS, Quest global, Paytm, Indiamart, Maxval, Gilbarco Veedol-Root, Aqua Group and many more. The highest salary package offered was 10 Lakh Per Annum with an average salary of 3 lakhs per annum.
