73rd Independence Day Celebrations
Nehru Arts and Science College celebrated ’73rd Independence Day’ on 15-08-2019. The Function started with the prayer song.
Dr. Anirudhan, Principal delivered the Presidential address. In his presidential address he highlighted the importance of being a good citizen with the vigor of patriotism. He insisted that the unity as an Indian Citizen irrespective of financial status, religion, colour and creed.
Dr. R.Dharani Assistant Professor & Head Department of English Government Arts College, Avinashi Chief Guest hoisted the National Flag. She shared her valuable thoughts with the students. She stressed the necessity of following the foot print of our Patriot.Senthil Kumar proposed the vote of thanks.
Students expressed their patriotic feeling in different languages. The Function concluded with the National Anthem.
