INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION
NIS celebrated the 75th Independence day of our Nation with zeal on 15th August 2022. Chief Guest Thiru J. Saravanan, Sub Inspector of Police, KG Chavadi Police Station presided over the function, hoisted the National Flag and addressed the gathering. His message was a motivation and a great inspiration for the students who attended the function.
The celebration began with the Flag hoisting event and the Welcome speech was rendered by our respected Principal Dr. Sunanda KC. Many cultural events were organized such as Patriotic Group Singing, Speech in Tamil and Hindi, Group Dance, Pyramid Show, Skit in Hindi and Mime show by the students. The children exhibited their talents and their patriotism tremendously. The cooperation extended by the parents was remarkable.
The program proved to be a mile stone in imparting patriotism in the young minds to protect the Legacy and celebrate the Independence of our nation. The event also kindled the team spirit and oneness among the children and paved a way to think of and salute the sacrifices made by our National leaders and freedom fighters. The event came to end successfully with sweet distribution.
