VISHU CELEBRATION
” Vishu” the day is considered auspicious to begin the harvest season and farmers start ploughing of the land on this day. The celebrations begin at sunrise as people wake up at dawn and start their day by looking at Vishu Kani.Bursting crackers is part of the celebration. People wear new clothes for the occasion and elders of the family gift money, called Vishukkaineetam, to children, servants and tenants.
The NCN family celebrated “VISHU ” on 13th April 2022 with all the prime & proud. A beautiful vishu kani was prepared & all the members of NCN family got their vishu kaineettam inspite of any discrimination of position or authority. The entire NCN illuminated in the lightings & crackers. The celebrations ended up with a delicious “Palada payassam “. The day left as one of the best memory in the hearts of all in NCN family.
