MEDICAL CAMP 2022

Getting the appropriate kind of health check-up is vital for every human being.  Free medical camps are set up with a sacred aim to bring awareness amongst the deprived population of the country who have no access to basic healthcare services or knowledge about the diseases they are suffering from. So, Transparent Hands provide the importance and objectives of the medical camp free medical advice, medicine to the unfortunate people and refer them for specialized treatment or surgery whenever it is required. These camps make sure people are getting the healthcare at the right time, and seeing the doctor early enough before a small health problem turns serious

Nehru College of Nursing promoted by Nehru Educational and Charitable Trust works with the vision of Serving  the society by improving the health and quality of life through excellence in Nursing Practice Education Research and Community service. The students of NCN are always keen in serving the society & never miss a chance for serving the people. Here the NSS volunteers of 4th year BSc Nursing Mr. Midhilaj , Ms Angel , Ms Assiya & Ms Diya got a golden opportunity to be a part of the medical camp organized by our parent hospital P K DAS INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES who  works with the aim to provide world-class healthcare at the least possible cost. There were two camps organized in the nearby days. On 24th March 2022 the camp was at CHALAVARA & on 26th March 2022 it was at LAKKIDI. Around 1000 people from different social levels attended the camp & we were able to rule out many health crises among them. All of them was provided the best medical service & was referred to PKDIMS for better treatment.

Being one of the best health care institution in Kerala who mould the best health care professionals it’s a greater privilege & pride to be a part of society & showing concern & commitment to the people those who need it at most.
