Fresher’s Day 2021 | Nehru Institute of Technology – Coimbatore

Fresher’s Day was arranged under the auspices of everyone in NIT that did the best to make the function a great success. The fresher’s day was filled with excitement, joy, music, enthusiasm, laughter and happiness. A Fresher’s Party was organized on 8th November, 2021. The program was organized by the department of Science and Humanities, Nehru Institute of Technology, Coimbatore. The excitement augmented to a joyful high as performances of welcome dance was graced the stage.

The program followed by the Prayer and the lighting the lamp by the dignitaries. The head of the department Dr.M.Kumaresan welcomed the new students cordially. The presidential address was delivered with gratitude by Dr.P.Krishnakumar, CEO & Secretary, Nehru Group of Institutions. Followed by the Presidential address Principal Dr.M.Sivaraja, Nehru Institute of Technology felicitated the I year students. Mr.V.Sundararaj, Founder & Chairman, SKY Groups, Tirupur and Secretary of Vanam India Foundation, Palladam, was inspired and motivated by his energetic speech and by his real life story.

At the end of the function, Dr.K.Parimala Gandhi, Academic Head, Nehru Institute of Technology thanked the chief guest, the principal, the faculty members, students and the parents for their cooperation in making the function a success. The occasion was graced by the presence of head of the departments, faculty members and staff of NIT.
