HONOURING AUTONOMOUS RANK HOLDERS – PRAPTHI – 2021
Nehru Arts and Science College (Autonomous) organized a phenomenal event “PRAPHI-2021” to honor the Autonomous Rank Holders of the academic year 2019-2020 on 20.01.2021 through the online platform Google Meet. 22 Under Graduate rank holders and 07 Post Graduate rank holders bagged their presentation of citation and shield.
Dr. B. Anirudhan, Principal, welcomed the gathering. He greeted all the Rank Holders and congratulated them for their achievements. He wished them good luck in all their endeavours. He said that it would be a red letter day in the history of Nehru Group of Institutions.
Dr. P. Krishna Kumar, CEO and Secretary, Nehru Group of Institutions, in his presidential address congratulated the Rank Holders. He emphasized that the students must be clear about the employability of their proficiency and skills. Their pursuit of knowledge should be relevance with the real need of the hour. He also stressed that the achievementshould be the stepping stone for their future accomplishments and this stigma of success should creep in the way to victory.
Mr.Jonny Edward Solomon, Director, PwC, Tamil Nadu Chief Guest of the occasion. He complimented the Rank Holders. He emphasized that ‘winning a gold medal is not an achievement but it’s a first reward for the hard work and it insists the capacability and strength to work in systematic way to achieve more.
Mr.Vaishak Bharathan, Associate Clinical Data Coordinator, IQVIA RDS, Kochi in his Guest of Honour, he emphasized the students should have self confidence and moral principles to achieve goals. In addition he stressed that accountability and the responsibility of the young citizen to convert India into a better place to live in.
