Passing Out Ceremony of AME 83, 84, 85 & 86 Batches

Passing out ceremony of AME 83, 84, 85 & 86 batches were conducted at 10:30 am on Monday, 27 Jan 2020 at Panditji seminar hall of Nehru College of Aeronautics and Applied Sciences, Coimbatore.

The Training Manager Mr A Ramesh Babu welcomed the gathering.

The function was presided over by the CEO & Secretary Dr P Krishnakumar.

The chief guest was Mr K Raghu, Superintendent Service Engineer, Air India Engineering Services Ltd, Bengaluru. With 28 years of vast experience on aircraft maintenance on different variants of Airbus, Boeing and ATR aircraft with Air India, our National Flag carrier, he motivated the students and faculties. He focused on the importance of discipline to maintain aircraft in airworthy conditions and also for the safety of personnel, material and equipment.

The Chief Guest was accompanied by his wife Mrs Mary Basilica.

Dr PR Balaji, Dean Academic Affairs felicitated the gathering.

The chief guest had given away prizes for the academic excellence among students. 14 students received cash prizes, mementos and meritorious certificates. One student received special prize for scoring 100% marks in the prestigious DGCA examination. The attendance toppers were also awarded with certificates.

Mr V Viswanathan, Quality Manager proposed vote of thanks.

The programme was commenced with a prayer song and ended with National Anthem.
