Constitution Day – Nehru Academy of Law

Constitution Day also called as the Law Day was celebrated at Nehru Academy of Law with great zeal and enthusiasm with school students participating in events like Quiz and Essay writing competitions. The day was commemorated befittingly by a Grand Programme and second lecture series on the Constitution Day was delivered by Smt K.P.Indira the Hon’ble District and Session Judge Palakkad. She urged the aspiring graduates to rightly understand the provisions of our Great Constitution which we solemnly adopted and bestowed on to our self on this auspicious day being 26th November 1949 later on we proclaimed ourselves as a Republic on 26th January 1950 with the complete articles bestowed in the constitution. She urged students to join the noble legal profession and become reputed and renowned Judges and so on and so far to preserve our democracy and the constitution.

The programme was presided over by Prof Dr P D Sebastian Principal of Nehru Academy of Law and Mr M.Srinivas Principal Coordinator SWNGIK welcomed the August gathering and Smt Reshma Asst Professor Nehru Academy of Law proposed the vote of thanks.

Adv Dr P.Krishnadas Honorable Chairman and Managing Trustee Nehru Group of Institutions graced the function and also distributed prizes to Kalosmi, Law college Arts festival winners. The prizes for school students were distributed by the honorable Chief Guest.

The programme was blessed and graced by the presence of Dr R C Krishnakumar Director Operations of P.k.Das institute of Medical Sciences and other heads of Institutions, friends in media , NGI staff, faculty members. parents and students.
