IC-IRISH 2017

Nehru Arts and Science College, Coimbatore organized an International Conference on Interdisciplinary Research Innovations in Science (ICIRISH’17) on 29th and 30th of November 2017 at Ramada D’ MA Hotel, Bangkok Thailand.The Organizing Secretary Dr. N. Shani, Dean Academic Affairs, welcomed the gathering. The Chairperson of the conference Dr. B. Anirudhan, Principal, presided over the function. The conference was inaugurated by the chief guest Mr. Shyam Pillai, Senior Executive Vice President & Global IT Chief, Habib Bank AG Zurich, Dubai. He delivered the inaugural address. Dr. Zhang Xiao – Ying, Professor in Pharmacology, Northwest Agriculture and Forestry University, College of Veterinary Medicine, China, delivered a special address on Interdisciplinary Research and its importance. Two technical Session and four tracks were arranged in the conference. The valedictory function was conducted on 30th November 2017. The conference pooled around 154 participants from 5 Universities, 23 colleges. Nearly 148 in-absentia and 138 full papers were received. The most highlighted moment of the conference is the award of Best papers. Five best paper awards were given to the respective streams like Computer Science, Biosciences, Commerce and Management and Humanities.
