IATA ACHIEVEMENTS- AWARDS CEREMONY 2024
The IATA Authorized Training Centre(ATC) of Nehru College of Aeronautics and Applied Sciences-Coimbatore, conducted ‘The International Air Transport Association (IATA) Achievements Awards Ceremony’ on 28 March 2024. Dr.P.Krishnakumar, CEO & Secretary, Nehru Group of Institutions, presided over the function. Mr.Senthil Valavan, Airport Director, Airports Authority of India, Coimbatore International Airport was the Chief Guest and Mr Arun Kumar, President, SKAL International, Coimbatore, General Manager, Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels, Coimbatore was the Guest of Honour. Prof. Prof.Dr.H.N.Nagaraja, Executive Director, Academics and Administration, Nehru Group of Institutions felicitated the gathering. Dr.P.R.Balaji , Dean & Director, delivered welcome address Prof E.Mallika HOD MBA(A&AM) & IATA Coordinator rendered the Vote of Thanks.
During the January 2024 IATA Exams, Two students secured “Best Performer of the Country’ awards. This is the record 12th time Nehru College ATC has bagged the best performer accolade. Certificates of appreciation and mementoes were distributed to Rank holders, Distinction holders and passed students.
The ATC was elevated as one of IATA’s top ATC partner because of the remarkable results and conferred the title “ATC Premier Partner” for the year 2024. The CEO & Secretary Nehru Group of Institution Dr.P.Krishnakumar received the “Award of Recognition” for outstanding performance in delivering IATA training programs for the year 2023-24 from IATA, Montreal Canada.
