A motivational talk on Team building and goal setting had been held at NSM, NCERC on 18th December 2018 by Sri. Gopakumar K V, Managing Director of Skytex Technology Services Pvt Ltd, Co- founder & CEO International Business Academy, Coordinator in positive commune, Malapuram Chapter, Trainer in leadership, Motivation and Entrepreneurial Development
The session included activities on Goal Setting, Team building and leadership. Students actively participated and interacted during the session. The instructor mainly focused on improving leadership qualities among students and also guided them how to behave as a team. He also gave more emphasis on cohesion and team building. It was really a knowledgeable session for the first year and final year students.
