All the courses offered by the School of Distance Education, Bharathiar University are approved by the Distance Education Bureau (DEB), New Delhi.

The candidates who have qualiied for degree / diploma courses through NCM, Learning Support Centre, Bharathiar University are eligible to apply for Central and State Government employments and to pursue for all higher studies.

The "Learning Support Centre" of #Bharathiyar University Distant Education Programme, Coimbatore will function hereafter at Nehru College of Management - NCM, NGI Coimbatore. Nehru College of Mangement is the sole Stand alone Business School (B- School) to acquire this remarkable position under Bharathiyar University. Nehru College, which has been working as the affiliated college of Bharathiyar University over the past 23 years, will be disposed to serve the students of distant education programme with all academic requirements including their research facilities by securing the label of Learning Support Centre.
